This page has links to various old maps of places relevant to individuals in the family tree.
Most of these maps date from around 1845-1900 and are copies from the
Old Maps web-site, but one or two other maps have been copied from various web-sites or old Ordnance Survey maps. Note that most of the maps are quite large and may take some time to download.
The detail on most of the maps is readable if the
magnifying glass option of
Acrobat Reader is used.
